store, and disclose information when you use our mobile application, website, and educational

By accessing or using FeclesHost Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and
agreed to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
To provide and improve our educational services, we collect the following types of information:
Personal Information: Provided by you during account registration or profile updates,
including your full name, email address, phone number, username, password, country/
region, and profile picture.
Learning & Activity Data: Information regarding your interactions with the app, such as
courses enrolled, lesson progress, quiz/assignment submissions, certificates earned, search
history, and user-generated content (e.g., uploaded assignments or documents).
Device & Technical Data: Automatically collected information to ensure app functionality,
including device model, operating system, app version, IP address, device identifiers, and
crash/diagnostic logs.
Payment Data: We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Paystack) to handle
transactions. We do not store your full credit or debit card details on our servers. We only
receive limited transaction confirmation data.
2. How We Use Your Information
We process your data to create accounts, deliver educational content, personalize learning,
process payments, provide support, improve app performance, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience, store preferences, and
analyze usage trends. You may manage these through device settings.
4. Third-Party Services
We may integrate third-party services (e.g., Payment Processors, Analytics providers, Cloud
hosting). These providers process data according to their own privacy policies.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with trusted service providers
necessary to operate our platform, when required by law, to protect our rights, or with your explicit
consent.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services and
comply with legal/tax obligations. You may request account deletion at any time.
7. Account Deletion
Users have the right to permanently delete their account directly within the application at any time.
To delete an account:
- Open the app and log into your account.
- Tap the Profile tab located on the bottom navigation bar.
- Scroll down and select Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm the deletion request.
Once confirmed, the user account and associated personal data will be permanently removed from our systems, except where retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or regulatory purposes.
Please note:
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Users may lose access to purchased courses, learning progress, certificates, and other account-related content after deletion.
- Some limited information may remain in secure backups for a short period before complete removal.
If users experience any issues deleting their account through the app, they may contact our support at support@fecleshost.com.ng for assistance.
8. Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures (e.g., SSL encryption) to
protect your data. While we strive to maintain high security, no method is 100% secure.
9. Children’s Privacy
FeclesHost Academy does not knowingly collect information from children under 13 without
parental consent. If we discover we have collected such data, we will delete it.
10. User Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the

11. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed outside your home country. By using our services, you consent to
these transfers.

We may update this policy. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the changes.
